Key Responsibilities

• Support managers with daily team management including processing documents, providing administrative support, organising meetings and preparing relevant materials;
• Provide support on the communicating new products, propositions and relevant market information to clients;
• Assist with implementation of team strategies and business plans;
• Participate in client meetings as required;
• Assist in various marketing initiatives including content creation and social media management;
• Collaborate with a full-range of products, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for your clients;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates (HKSAR/Chinese) are welcome, candidate with 7-9 years working experienced will be advantages ;
• University degree in any discipline (A degree in business-related discipline is a plus);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (cantonese or mandarin is a must) ;
• Strong organisation and project management skills;
• Open-minded, eager to learn, proactive, self-motivated, and responsible;
• A strong team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing projects, in addition to taking independent initiatives to achieve the required results;
• Strong communication skills, particularly relating to business considerations and use non-technical jargon;
• Passionate and ready to develop in financial management industry;
• Proficiency in Multi-Media will be advantages;
